Slow Food international hosts gatherings around the world every two years, bringing producers and consumers together around various food-related topics, as well gatherings focussed dedicated to specific products. These gatherings include Slow Cheese, Slow Fish, Slow Meat, Indigenous Terra Madre and a travelling Slow Wine roadshow. These events culminate in the autumn in Turin at Terra Madre, the largest international gathering of artisan food producers.
